Sales Representative
Responsibilites:
*Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that improve productivity and profitability.
*Achieve sales targets or crop inputs and agronomic services.
*Provide a high level of customer service.
*Assist with facility operational duties, shipping and receiving as required.
*Maintain and expand customer base within the local trading area.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective farm customers.
*Assist with customer meetings and field tours.
*Work closely with the Sharpe’s location team.
*Expand agronomic knowledge and industry relationships.
Qualifications:
Sales experience and a proven ability to build customer relationships.
Our experienced Sharpe’s team can teach and assist in Agricultural knowledge a passion for sales and customer service is essential.
